Your Chakra Focus is about finding the specific chakra energy that resonates with you at this moment. By focusing on a specific chakra and collection, we can create a clearer, more purposeful intent about what aspect of the chakra’s energy we want to tune into.

Once your Chakra Focus is found, you can choose from the many styles of jewellery. Wear your Chakra Focus on the neck as a pendant, on the wrist as a bracelet, or as a pair of earrings. You connect to your Chakra Focus by simply wearing the jewellery.

How do I find my Chakra Focus?

We have put together two methods to help you find your Chakra Focus:

How should I work with my Chakra Focus?

Once you have chosen your Chakra Focus, you can then select the jewellery you would like to wear. For example, if you have chosen the Heart Chakra and the Mantra collection, you can choose whether you would like to wear this as a pendant, as earrings, or even as part of a Multi-Chakra piece.

Once you wear your chosen piece, you will naturally and gently connect to its energy. Wearing the jewellery will keep you constantly connected to the energy of the particular chakra. Over time, many people start to feel their energy shift into alignment. You can further deepen your connection to the energy by joining our 1-to-1 sessions or meditation groups, which will help you focus on the energy in a more personal manner. This will bring about its own realisation, and will help you take charge of your spiritual growth in an active and conscious way.

Can my Chakra Focus change?

Yes, absolutely – we are dynamic beings. As we change and evolve, so too will our Chakra Focus. Working with your chakras is a journey and a process. As you move forward in your journey you may feel your Chakra Focus needs to change. At this time, you can choose which energy or energies you would like to explore next.

Can I have multiple Chakra Focuses at once?

Yes. You can choose to have more than one Chakra Focus at a time. To begin with, we do not recommend having more than two at a given time, in order to keep the intent clear and focused. As you work with the jewellery, it is natural for your Chakra Focus to change, and you will begin to shift and add new pieces and new energies into your collection.

You can also have a Multi-Chakra focus, which brings all seven chakras into alignment.

Can I change my Chakra Focus, if I don’t like the Find Your Chakra Focus result?

We don’t recommend doing so, as we find that the Chakra Focus you discover intuitively and without preconceived notions is the one that resonates most. If you feel disinclined towards your Find Your Chakra Focus result, it may be a clue to something occurring within you. Every part of each chakra is important and integral to the whole.

Of course, if there is something you seek in addition to your results, we encourage you to explore that energy as well.

Can I choose a Chakra Focus for someone else?

If you would like to gift Chakra by Piya jewellery (wise choice!), we recommend using our digital gift cards to do so. This way the recipient can discover their Chakra Focus for themselves, and choose their jewellery accordingly. We recommend this for young children too, as we find them to be incredibly intuitive.

How do I decide which Chakra jewellery suits me best?

Chakra by Piya is more than just jewellery. It is a means for us to discover energy, and to enliven our experience of it in an easy and fun way. To help you to decide which energy to focus on, we have a Find Your Chakra Focus tool that helps you find your Chakra Focus. With three quick steps, we’ll help narrow down the choices for you.

You may feel drawn to wear more than one Chakra by Piya piece at a time, or feel like wearing different pieces on different days. This is because we are dynamic beings, and as our energies shift and change so do our needs. For a holistic balancing of all seven chakras we recommend a multi-chakra piece, which incorporates them all.

How do I wear and care for my cuff?

To ensure your cuff lasts you a long time and is maintained well, and to ensure its strength and integrity, please watch our Cuff Care video. It is essential to open and close your cuff like it is shown in the video. This will help to ensure that it lasts a long time.

How will the jewellery affect me?

What is beautiful about the jewellery – and the philosophy behind it – is that it is centred around you. Everyone responds uniquely and so the experiences vary from individual to individual. To gain an insight into what others have experienced, visit the Shared Stories, here.

How is the jewellery made? What materials are used to make it?

All our jewellery is specially crafted with enamel and the highest grade of silver used in jewellery, known as 925 sterling silver. All our pieces are also available in rose and yellow gold plating.

Our pieces are all hand-finished, which gives them a beautiful artisanal quality. As with all handmade products, this means there may be variations in size, colour, and length when compared to the images and information displayed on our website.

How do I care for my jewellery?

To care for your jewellery, we recommend using a silver jewellery cleaning cloth* after each use. Avoid contact with moisture, heat, and liquids such as water, shampoo, soap, lotions etc. While wearing the piece, pay special attention to the enamel to prevent chipping.

*If your piece is yellow gold or rose gold plated, use a soft cloth instead.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your shipment. Follow the link to track and trace your order.

When can I expect to receive my order?

You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on your location, the delivery method you choose, and global shipping conditions at the time.

I have entered the wrong information during checkout, what should I do?

Call or email us to provide the correct information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes provided your order has not yet been processed.

Do you ship internationally? How much will it cost?

Yes we do. In fact, we ship to most destinations, as we would like to accommodate all customers regardless of location. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.

Can I view previous orders?

Certainly. Once you create an account with us, your order history thereafter will be saved under the 'Purchase History' section.

What jewellery repair and renewal services do you offer?

We offer repairs, replating, and re-cording on a case by case basis. More information on our services - including how to place and submit a request for the services - can be found here.

How much do jewellery repairs and renewals cost?

Quotations will be provided on a case-by-case basis. Once you have submitted a request (along with a photograph of your piece), you can expect to hear from us within 7-14 working days.

How long do jewellery repairs and renewals take?

Depending on the work required, repairs and renewals can take anywhere between 7-21 working days from the date your jewellery is received.

Can I customise my repair?

Yes, there is some room for customisation. For instance, you may replate an existing silver piece in rose gold. However, customisations are specific to the capabilities of our workshop, and must always maintain the integrity and authenticity of the Chakra by Piya brand.

What if my size has changed?

Is it significant that my jewellery broke?

Chakra by Piya jewellery is empowered and sacred. When worn, a unique relationship is created between the jewellery and the wearer. If the pieces are treated as personal treasures, they can last a long time.

However, from time to time, the energetic release and shifts that result from wearing the jewellery may be powerful enough to 'break’ the jewellery prematurely. This indicates a shift and transformation, and we encourage those who experience this to reflect upon its significance.

How can you decide whether to repair, renew, or change your jewellery?

This is a great question. Consider this: energetic release manifests itself in many ways. For example, a lightbulb may go off, which could be anything from a loose connection to a broken circuit. In some cases the circuit can be repaired, and in others the release is such that the lightbulb would be replaced altogether.

With this in mind, we do recommend repairs in certain cases. In other instances, we may encourage wearers to discover more CbP pieces which resonate with them at that time, to continue moving forward and begin working with the next energy in their journey with the chakras.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

You will see ‘Chakra by Piya’ on the transaction description of your credit card statement.

How do I know my payment is secure?

At Chakra by Piya, we take your credit card data security very seriously. For that reason, we use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to ensure that all the data that is transferred remains private. In addition, we have enlisted a Validated Level 1 PC1 DSS Compliant Service Provider to ensure your credit card information is always handled securely. How do I redeem my gift card?

You will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code. This code can be used during the checkout process to redeem its value.

When will my electronic gift card be sent?

The electronic gift card is sent shortly after your order is submitted and processed online.

How long is my gift card valid until?

All gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Can I use multiple gift cards in the same transaction?

Currently you can only use one gift card per order.

What if I don’t want to redeem the full amount of the gift card in a single transaction?

No problem. Simply use the same gift card code on your next order to redeem the balance amount.
